News and events Happy ever after Chonkus Maximus Forever home Friday You may recall Chonkus Maxiumus, who was abandoned at our centre a while ago... Well, we have an update from his new family. They would like everyone to know how he is settling into his new home. "Chonkus has really settled into his new surroundings with such ease. His first day home, he made sure to explore the full flat and instantly wanted attention and fuss from us. Over the weeks he’s been with us, he has shown his playful side, he loves his Pom Pom’s and running around after a laser pointer; with the addition of a brown mouse he carries everywhere and meows quite happily when he brings it to one of us. We absolutely adore the socks off this grumpy man, and we are so happy with his progress from the shelter; he really does rule the roost of the flat now, and we couldn’t imagine life without him."
