If you’d like to give one of our animals a new start and a happy home, our team are here to guide you through the adoption process, here’s how it works:

1. Find Your Future Pet Online: Take a look at our adoption pages to see all of our animals who are patiently waiting for their loving new home. 
2. Fill out a perfect match form: This form tells us a little bit about your lifestyle so we can make sure you find the best match for you. This form also includes your home visit. 
3. First contact: If your form is successful, then our rehoming co-ordinator will be in contact to discuss the animal with you. If both parties are happy, a reserve will be offered.
4. Introduce Yourself: Once reserved, you will then be booked in to meet them with one of our team. This is your chance to find out how well you connect. It is also important everyone in the household meets the animal.
5. Make It Official: If all goes well on these meetings, then it is time for the adoption paperwork. This step keeps our records updated and ensures that you understand your responsibilities as a new pet owner.
6. Once paperwork has been completed, it is time to take them to their new home.

If you are not all that clued up about technology, then don't worry, you are more than welcome to come down to the centre. We will try to accommodate you where we can. However, we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to meet an animal on the day, as we do get very busy. When you pop down, we will show you the selection of animals in one of our booklets, and you will be asked to fill in a perfect match form to determine whether you would be suitable. We do require these forms and a home visit as a part of our adoption process.
