Bennett would benefit from owners who have had experience with breeds similar to him before, who will be able to understand and embrace his lovable - but sometimes stubborn - tendencies. Bennett is very typical of his breed type in many ways in that he is intelligent, charming and loves nothing more than the sound of his own voice - and he will get be sure to show you how offended he is if you interrupt his beautiful singing. Whilst Bennett has progressed massively with us during his stay, he needs a family who will continue to support him to build his confidence around new people and environments, and with his basic training.

 

Are you the one?

We would recommend that Bennett lives in a home with children aged 14 years and above who are comfortable with energetic, bouncy dogs with no other animals. However, Bennett has shown to be more than capable of meeting doggy-friends out and about here at the centre, and so we're sure he would be a very sociable gent out on walks with some work on his general manners.
